There are absolutely no warranties, whatsoever, on any previously owned equipment, express or implied. In no case shall Adventure Sports Hawaii, d.b.a. Neil Pryde Maui, and their shareholders, owners, agents, officers, directors, heirs, next of kin and employees, (herein after referred to as "Adventure Sports Hawaii"), be liable for any loss, liability, damage or cost due to the operation or possession of any piece of previously owned equipment purchased from Adventure Sports Hawaii, from any case whatsoever, including, but not limited to the negligence of Adventure Sports Hawaii.

Adventure Sports Hawaii assumes no responsibility for any bodily injury and\or property damage, including the risk of any bodily injury or property damage, from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the negligence of any parties while operating, or due to operation or any previously owned equipment purchases from Adventure Sports Hawaii.

There is no way to determine to what uses, whether proper or improper, such previously owned equipment has undergone, and therefore no warranty or guarantee of durability, safety or performance is stated or implied.

There are inherent risks associated with purchasing previously owned equipment including but not limited to, hidden defects, prior unknown misuse of equipment, prior unknown overuse of equipment, and general wear and tear.

Adventure Sports Hawaii makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose nor any other express or implied warranty. Adventure Sports Hawaii is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages associated with the use, operation or possession of previously owned equipment.

All sales of previously owned equipment are final, no returns, or refunds.
